What you share with Hauss.
We ask for your name and a phone number or email. Messages and additional home details are optional.
Request context
The email includes the page path, language and type of request.
Sensitive information
Do not submit Social Security numbers, passwords, financial records or identity documents through these forms.

Delivery & choices
Used to respond to your request.
GoDaddy handles website hosting and mail delivery; inquiries are received in Hauss’s Gmail mailbox. An inquiry does not establish a brokerage or client relationship.
Records
Your inquiry is retained in email to handle your request. The website form handler does not save a separate copy of the message.
Abuse prevention
The handler keeps temporary request identifiers, timestamps and protected network identifiers to limit spam and duplicate sends. Hosting providers may keep their own access logs.
Your choices
Call Hauss to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop follow-up. Do not use the form for urgent or confidential matters.

Basic website counts
Measurement without analytics cookies.
This website uses simple daily totals on Hauss’s hosting. It does not load Google Analytics or use analytics cookies, browser storage identifiers or fingerprinting for measurement.
What is counted
Approved public page paths, page language, broad source categories, approved campaign labels, phone-click intent and newly accepted contact or valuation requests. The counters do not store names, contact details, addresses, messages, IP addresses, raw referrers or unrestricted query values.
Limits and retention
These approximate totals do not identify unique visitors or sessions. Repeat views, automated traffic, blockers and failures can affect counts. Daily aggregate files are private and kept for up to 90 days. A phone click does not prove a completed call; a request count does not prove Inbox delivery or a sale.
Other services
The hosting provider may keep ordinary connection logs separately from these counters. Building maps request map tiles from OpenStreetMap. The office map is embedded from Google Maps and connects to Google when it loads. Google and other external services apply their own privacy practices. Old Hauss Google Analytics cookies and retired analytics preferences are removed on a new page load where the browser permits it.
